Dear passengers!
We inform you that because of natural disaster caused by flooding in a number of regions of Thailand Aeroflot introduces special measures to take care of the passengers who have tickets to/from Bangkok, namely:
- No penalties for changing the departure dates for flights issued before 28.10.2011 and with flight period from 28.10.2011 to 30.11.2011.
- The change of flight dates is possible at any date no later than 15.12.2011 (if there are available seats on flight convenient for you). There is also a possibility to change the departure flight date preserving the original length of stay (or plus/minus 7 days).
- Air tickets may be refunded in accordance with the rules of the tariff.
